Latest Updates:Fulton Downtown Markets Collaboration between the GOFCC, Special Events - Fulton, NY and The Art Scene at CNY Arts Center This year, the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce a collaboration with Special Events - Fulton, NY and The Art Scene at CNY Arts Center to create a kick off to summer event. The 4th Annual Community Market will now be held alongside the first Farmers Market of the season as well as throughout the Downtown Canalview Mall and surrounding areas, June 8 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.!
