Project Bloom

As a part of the GOFCC’s citywide beautification program, Project Bloom brings large, colorful flowers to Oswego County's downtown areas, businesses and city parks. It also includes sponsorship banners displayed throughout the City of Oswego. The goal of the campaign is to maintain Oswego County as an attractive and welcoming place for visitors and as a hometown to be proud of. Project Bloom is presented by Constellation and is supported through sponsorships provided by local businesses, the city of Oswego and the city of Fulton.
