Project Bloom, Presented by Constellation

As a part of the GOFCC’s citywide beautification program, Project Bloom will continue to bring large, colorful flowers to Oswego County's downtown areas, businesses, and city parks. This also includes sponsorship banners displayed throughout the City of Oswego. The goal of the campaign is to maintain Oswego County as an attractive and welcoming place for visitors and as a hometown to be proud of. Project Bloom is presented by Constellation is supported through sponsorships provided by local businesses, the City of Oswego and the City of Fulton.
