Join CenterState CEO on Feb. 15 for the first of a three-part, professional development experience focused on how businesses and organizations can work toward racial diversity and social impact in Central New York. A panel of local and national experts will explore the ambiguity of being a man of color in the workplace.

The session will also include a discussion on the opportunities and challenges that arise at the intersections of culture, authenticity and self-expression. We’ll discuss what it means to be an ally in the workplace, how to be a more inclusive manager or colleague, and how equity work can drive business success. Attendees will engage in critical thinking about what it means to be a male of color, and how to support individuals who identify in this group.

Sponsored by Berkshire Bank.

Panelists:

- Keonte Coleman, director of assessment and program overview, assistant professor, Syracuse University Newhouse School of Communications

- Ryan Williams, director of operations at Good Life Foundation, founder and lead consultant, RAW Consulting

- Jeremy Morris, Senior Counsel, White Collar Litigation, Taft Law
