Ryan Grace, AIA Named Junior Partner and Shareholder at Bell & Spina, Architects-Planners, PC

Bell & Spina Architects-Planners, Syracuse office is excited to announce Ryan Grace, AIA as the firm’s newest Junior Partner and Shareholder.

Ryan Grace has been with the firm since 2015, obtained his Architectural License in 2020, and became a team leader in 2023. Ryan holds a Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Architectural Technology from Alfred State. Additionally, Ryan has been an adjunct professor at Onondaga Community College over the last several years and has been actively involved on the board of the AIACNY chapter as the Director of Community and other volunteer efforts.

Ryan will continue to be a Team Leader / Project Manager and will be taking on a new role as Director of Design Technology, responsible for the day-to-day computer, software, and digital assets of the firm.

As a commitment to recognizing talent and firm growth from within, Bell & Spina Architects created this entry level shareholder role for future leaders and to support their growth and professional development. Opportunities for growth and leadership are offered for all employees in the firm.
